
Our macaroni and cheese was developed with Quinoa and Rice Flour as a gluten free noodle. Quinoa is actually a fruit that was grown by the Incan empire as an excellent source of protein, similar to milk protein, but easy to digest. Our unique cheddar blend combined with the quinoa/rice pasta provides a balanced meal to gluten intolerant individuals without additives and preservatives. Can be made with milk or soy milk.
